2. Payment Terms

All projects require payment terms as agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

All sales are final once work begins. Refunds are not provided except as required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All raw video files, project files, and unedited materials remain the property of Red Door Cinema unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

Red Door Cinema reserves the right to use completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide all necessary materials, brand assets, and approvals in a timely manner.

Ensure they have the rights to use any media, images, or content they supply to us.

Adhere to scheduling and delivery deadlines outlined in the project plan.

5. Limitations of Liability

Red Door Cinema is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

6. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice, provided existing commitments are fulfilled.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
